Sea Coast Camping and RV Resort

We have been coming here for a couple of years now in our Airstream camper to use as a home base while we visit NH family and friends during our travels. The staff are great and the facility is well run. Sites have sufficient space and it is kept very clean. It is not a family "resort" with pools etc but serves our purpose well. We do not have kids with us. They do have a nice community rec building with games for those with kids. Road noise is not too bad either being on Route 1. It is our go to place for the NH home base.

They have the cleanest and most up to date Campground store I’ve ever seen and I’ve traveled all around the country. The bathrooms and showers are super clean and though I did not spend a night at the campsites from walking around they looked very updated and nice. This place is also in a great location not too far from Portsmouth and Hampton beach. 5+ star, and “Jen” at the front desk was great, friendly and very kind.

The staff was wonderful to work with took us in before our check in time. This campgrounds are well maintained. The office was really clean. It is close to a lot of things to do. Close to the beaches. If you are looking for a nice campground this one I would recommend you checking out. Good price for the facilities. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

• Nice location, very close to the ocean beach drive • Site was long enough for the RV and Toad. • Some seasonal campers, but they are not really part of the day-to-day operation. • WIFI was decent. • No cable TV, but some air channels and reception is horrible • Showers are clean, hot water is difficult to regulate. • Showers are 50 cents to start, for 6 minutes, each additional quarter is 3 more minutes. • For the price they charge, showers should be free. • Employees really need training on how to interact with guests, rudest camp ground employee I have ever encountered was at this campground.

We had a great time. Frank was nice at first and then became a stickler for the parking. We were a bridal party so some of us had to change clothes before getting our tent on and we got two sites and though all the cars fit on one -and the tents the other mgt-Frank/ they still required to go by the set rules of one car per site. We were just trying to get everything set up and pictures in before sundown so…Frank came three times telling us off about the cars -we did try to explain to him just trying to get all things set up outside and take after pics of the bride and bridal party before sundown / sunset ends Other than that five-star experience**** We love that Frank delivered the wood for us-the the other girls only wanted to get 2 bushels I said no 3 for $30 bucks because it was Pine/softwood Now if they had a mix of hardwood too then 2 bushels would of been more than enough for one night. But it was all softwood and that goes real fast - need more wood so you’re gonna need to bring bricbrac with you to slow down the flames from chewing through the pine so quickly. We love camping and have gone a lot of places- Seacoast RV&Camping- this place was clean, clean-clean, and staff trying to get set up over the phone was wonderful. The bathroom facilities were astonishingly clean and well stocked. Though the shower did not work . We made good use facilities. If your site is far far away, I would say -Plan your bathroom trips accordingly as it can be a far walk if you’re in a hurry and there’s no place to just park to go run and wee. We would brig a portacamp for the middle of night emergency nextime to be good to go! We will definitely be coming back for at least a a couple more days!

9/25/23 Update - My boyfriend and I have left for the season. My review is about the same regarding this park being just okay. The day worker kept busy all season maintaining the grounds, even toward the end of the season, presumably preparing for next year by scraping loose paint, prepping for new paint, etc. She did a really nice job. The woman cleaning the bathroom also did a nice job. There is an older guy who just seems to roam the park all day, night, and weekends, smokes constantly, and often stares at people. Never saw him doing anything but drive, talk, and smoke. He also would stop and flirt with me, which I did not appreciate. He must work there since he was in a cart many times. I went to the office to mention this once, but waited for too long while a woman finished talking on her cell phone. She never acknowledged me, so I left. Sorry, I don't have any names, but this woman had a boot on one leg. Both very unprofessional. We probably would not come back in the future, or stay as long. The price is fair, the grounds are nice and kept well. Still just okay. Original Review: Just okay. The park grounds look nice and well taken care of. That's about it.
